Data Entry: Whether the forms are faxed/mailed or sent in batches, the turn around time is 3 days. And, if the volume is great, then we increase the turnaround to daily!
Processing funds: We have experience with charging credit cards (via online) or through a POS terminal. Since we are based in a very centralized location, we have accessability to most national banks for weekly or bi-weekly deposits. We can also track the funds based on the information you provide us.
Confirmations: Whether e-mail, fax or mail, SRI has the experience to fulfill any or all of these methods. We can do broadcast faxes/emails or send out individual confirmations. We can mail out generic or custom confirmation letters, and even postcards.
Another unique feature: Confirmation Mailers. We can send out a confirmation mailer (2 panel paper badge stock) with a 1D barcode. We can list their registration confirmation and include inserts in a number 10 window envelope. the attendee brings this on-site to receive his/her badge. This saves $$$$$$ on material (letterhead, badge, excess postage) AND it ties in nicely with attendee verification.
