Exhibitors may choose from the following SMART-Lead-Devices (SLD's)
SLD-5
This hand-held battery powered unit reads magnetic and RFID encoded badges, collects and stores up to 3,000 leads. It can be customized with lead follow up action codes and its durability makes it very useful in the tradeshow environment. With a quick tap or swipe of the badge, the attendee data is read and saved directly to the unit's memory. Instantly recall the last lead collected with the touch of a button. Attach an optional printer and leads can be printed either immediately or whenever the exhibitor chooses to.
Exhibitors can have their leads downloaded at the close of the show onto a USB flash drive and, in addition, receive their leads via e-mail. We also provide Self-Serve download stations allowing exhibitors the ability to download their leads any time throughout the show.
SLD-3
With this portable, battery-powered, magnetic card reader, exhibitors can identify which booth staff person obtained the lead, as well as qualify the lead with follow-up action codes. Attach an optional printer and leads can be printed either immediately or whenever the exhibitor chooses to.
Self serve download stations are available to allow exhibitors to retrieve their leads from the unit. At the end of the show, exhibitors have the option to receive, by e-mail or on a USB drive. This file can be imported into virtually any spreadsheet, database, or contact management system.
