Arnie Roberts has more than 30 years of experience in the field of business data processing, systems analysis, technical support, and project management. He has over 25 years experience in trade show and meeting registration management. His knowledgebase with regards to registration processes (from Internet registration to on-site registration) along with lead retrieval technologies has been integral in finding the varied solutions that meet our clients' needs. His patent pending RFID technology (It's All in the Badge™) makes him a leader in the field of trade show registration and exhibitor lead management.
Arnie received his BS in Systems Engineering from Polytechnic University, NY. Shortly thereafter he was the manager in charge of the corporate data center for the American Broadcasting Company (abc).
He has also been an international seminar leader, often requested to speak at major conferences.
He is currently on Trade Show Executive Magazine's Who's Who list, and one of the Experts for EXPO Magazine's "Expert Q&A", dealing with Registration and Lead Capture.
Meet our Senior Vice President Despina Mosley
Despina joined SMART-reg International in 1993. She has held many roles through her 14-year tenure, including: Sales, Product Manager, and Vice President of Operations. In addition to overseeing the company operations and project management responsibilities, Despina also serves as an Account Executive for several of SMART-reg International’s key accounts.
Despina graduated with a BA in Sociology and Mass Communications from San Jose State University.
Meet our Vice President of Information Technology Mary Shenouda
Mary Shenouda is Vice President, Client Services for SMART-reg International, Inc. In this position, Mary is responsible for ensuring that the clients’ needs and requests are met during the entire show process, from show specifications to the post-show follow-up.
Mary Shenouda has been part of SMART-reg’s team since 2003. Mary started as an Information Technology Specialist where she handled technical aspects of pre-show data and pre/on-site registration systems. Mary then migrated to Program Manager where she supervised teams and participated in the show details management process. Having experience on the technical and project management side allows Mary to provide the client with a better experience overall. She has extensive knowledge of the project development cycle and offers her expertise at the show site.
Mary received a BS in Computer Engineering and an MS with an emphasis in Computer Networks and Information Assurance from Santa Clara University.
