Although it is a rather simple process for recording the attendance of a given seminar; it is a much more difficult process to sort through a given number of seminars to determine which seminars a particular attendee has attended. The common solution that is followed for this task has been to accumulate all the data recorded from all the seminars, and to sort all the data by last and first name. Then the data extractor can copy and paste all the entries with a particular attendee's name to his own attendance file. This makes finding the session attendance of one attendee relatively simple, but performing the copy and paste function hundreds, or even thousands of times is a very time consuming task. In fact, this is often the exact reason that most seminar programs take over a month to release certificates to their attendees.
CEU Online Certification was created out of the necessity to improve the certification generation process. Rather than wasting human resources on manually sorting data accrued from several seminars, we provide an automated service that prepares a full certificate within two weeks after a show is completed. After this two week grace period, an attendee can log on to the show's certificate website to retrieve his certification. By entering his badge number, he can print out a signed certificate which contains: all the attended classes, the show logo with a date and time, and all the relevant information guaranteeing the authenticity of this document.
